She has severe arthritis, and simple tasks in the kitchen had become increasingly difficult. Bending down to reach items in lower cabinets was painful and often unsafe. At her age, she is fragile and has experienced falls, so the custom pull-out drawers have truly been life-changing. She can now easily access pots, pans, and other kitchen essentials without struggling to bend, kneel, or reach into deep cabinets.

Her kitchen is also quite small, and the new drawers have maximized the available space while making everything more organized and accessible. What was once a challenging and frustrating kitchen is now much safer and far more functional for her everyday needs.

Our lower cabinets were awkward & difficult to organize. Art of Drawers custom designed pull out shelves for us and we are thrilled with the results. From the initial meeting with the designer to measuring to installation it was an easy process. It was not a fast process as everything is custom made, however, it was well worth the wait.
